there are two ways to deal with limits
1. Limit your map design
2. raise the limits

to complete pyro's answer. Some attacks, like dwarfs, are set to "fixed pitch" which means they always fire at the same angle. What this mean is that the projectile will have different velocity depending on the range of the attack. A normal dwarf might have a velocity of 0.250, but if you ...

I think graydon meant 1s as an example because I'm pretty sure by memory that warriors start with 0.1 ?
What's weird is that recovery time of -1 is faster than 0. So basically, a very well vetted warrior will start to be very good at 3 kills. (-0.1recovery)
